Welcome to: by Odette Design. My name is Odette van Elen and I am the creative person behind this webshop.

In 2011 I went to a costume event in the Netherlands for the first time with a rented costume. When the day was over, I liked it so much that I immediately started making my first costume, a flower fairy.

I loved making costumes so much that I came up with something new every year and this challenged myself more and more in the field of sewing and creativity. And now I would like to share my creativity with other people.

In 2020 I started having an Etsy Shop, but because I have so much creativity in me, there were so many different products in my shop that it was no longer clear. That's why I made the decision to go for my own webshop. Here you can now find all my handmade items in the field of costumes. Hence my slogan: handmade costumes from A to Z.
